The mission of the New Jersey Career and Technical Education Partnership’s Advisory Committee for the career cluster of Marketing is to provide the necessary leadership and administration to assist districts and institutions statewide, enhance the quality of their secondary and postsecondary CTE programs. Programs that are designed to meet the increasing demand for highly skilled marketing professionals.
The goals of the Advisory Committee are to act in an advisement capacity, bringing real-world business insights and data to the program. The Advisory Committee provides advisement for:
- A professional development needs assessment
- The creation of an online toolkit for faculty and students
- The enhancement of activities over the entire course of the grant
- The development of tools, resources and strategies for inclusion in the marketing model program of study
